Symptoms
When processing invoices through Imaging and into the SOA Managed Server, some BPEL processes report this error in the SOA log:
Error occurred while inserting a task attachment record.
Error occurred while inserting attachment 3.IPM_001657 for task 220253.
Check the underlying exception and the database connection information. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
