Site Studio Pages Are Not Updated

You have a clustered WCC system with Site Studio. You see a synchronization problem between two nodes where newly contributed or updated Site Studio page content does not show up on one of the nodes. It can occur on either node; when it does, the item revisions on each node are identical and have current timestamps. It is simply that the Site Studio page viewed on one node is not up-to-date. This occurs with different browsers, and with browser cache cleared.
If you search for and download the content item in WCC, each node has the updated item. Also, disabling the cache in WCC Server does not help. So the issue seems restricted to Site Studio.
