Symptoms
Receiving an error in Verifier with 1006d project running in 11.1.1.8:
Failed to initialize supervised learning workflow.
Description: Project file ''<path to project>" could not be loaded!
Description: SCBCdrProject : Failed to load Cedar project because invalid file or missing component. - Cannot create collection item with name "Template Classify Engine", because object is not registered.
Supervised learning will be disabled.
