Symptoms

Reports 11gR2 or 12c with SSO Enabled.

There is a load balancer (LBR) between OID and Oracle Reports. The LBR has timeout of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, when a report is run that uses OID, the following error occurs:

Loadbalancer timeout was reduced to 15 minutes.
