Folder Browse And Clear Buttons are Greyed Out On Checkin-similar Page After Applying a Patch (Doc ID 1627010.1)

Symptoms

After installing MLR4 for 11.1.1.7.0 to address Bug 17642101, a new problem is happening. The browse and clear buttons are greyed out and cannot be used.

1. Check in content item to folder.
2. Check out and re-check in content item.
3. Click check in similar on confirmation screen.

Now the folder location is being maintained, but both the browse and clear buttons are greyed out and cannot be used. This means that the folder for the new content item cannot be changed.

I have also found that the bug exists when going to an existing items content info page and selecting check in similar from the actions drop down.
