Is it Possible to get the MSI Installer for DIS Instead of the EXE Installer (Doc ID 1627031.1)

Goal

In Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) 11.1.8.788, is there any way we can get the MSI installer instead of the EXE? The WebCenter Content (WCC) > My Downloads link only provides the EXE file.
