The Dynamic Converter Image Gallery is Missing in 11g WCC for Templates and HTML Conversion

Symptoms
Dynamic Converter is being used with existing templates from a 10g UCM environment. The images are broken in the converted documents in the HTML rendition. The path on the gallery image in the converted document no longer exists such as:
http://server/stellent/images/gallery/en/Top of Page/gtabtop.gif
http://server/cs/images/gallery/en/Previous Page/blumxppv.gif
http:/server/cs/images/gallery/en/Sepearators/blumxspm.gif
http://server/cs/images/gallery/en/Backgrounds/cranbbkg.gif
However, the weblayout folder on the WebCenterContent server contains the gallery image folder structure but no images.

Installation of a 11g WebCenterContent server using the same templates from a 10g UCM server.
