Managed Attachments Do Not Display When Latest Revisions Are Not Released (Doc ID 1628942.1)

Symptoms

An item is checked into the Webcenter Content server through the Managed Attachment page.

That item is subsequently checked out and checked in.

Until that item is approved through workflow, or converted through an IBR, or the Release Date is exceeded, that item will no longer be displayed in the Managed Attachment page.
