After a New Installation, Unable to Launch the ODSM Console: Error 404 -- Not Found. No References to "odsm" in WLS Logs. (Doc ID 1629443.1)

After a new installation, while trying to access the Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) console, the page does not open and it fails with:

Error 404 -- Not Found

The WebLogic/WLS Admin Server for the Identity Management (IDM) Domain and the Manged Servers (wls_ods1 and wls_ods2) are up and running.

No references to "odsm" can be found in any of the WLS / diagnostic logs.

<Document 1315053.1> and <Document 972416.1> did not help.
