Capture Batches that were Deleted from the Batch Scanning Screen still Appear in the Batch List (Doc ID 1630094.1)

Symptoms

Batches deleted in Scan Controller are not actually deleted under certain conditions. 

The procedure to duplicate:

  1. Scan a batch.
  2. Change the status for that batch.
  3. Scan a second batch.
  4. Select both batches in the list and delete them both.
  5. Both batches are removed from the list, but only the second batch is actually deleted.  Searching the batch list will return the first batch in the results.
