How to Adjust Client Heap Size Within EDQ (Doc ID 1630397.1)

Goal

1: Where is the configuration file blueprints.properties located as described in the Enterprise Data Quality EDQ 11 documentation or EDQ 12c Documentation to adjust the client side heap sizes?
        There it is stated, it should be in the config/properties directory, but which one is it ?

2: The documentation talks about maximum heap size only, is there any way to change the initial-heap-size as well ?

3: Is the heap size allocated to the EDQ clients like director or match review used from the heap size allocated to the EDQ server or any other memory from the server ?
