Goal

After upgrading Oracle Access Manager from 11gr2ps1 (11.1.2.1)  to 11gr2ps2 (11.1.2.2 ), the button to enable Identity Federation Services on the Available Services panel, is greyed out and cannot be selected.

How can Identity Federation Services on the Available Services panel, be enabled?
