Last updated on SEPTEMBER 19, 2023
Applies to:
Tuxedo JCA Adapter - Version 11.1.1.2.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On JBoss side :
2 distinct transactions TRANS-A and TRANS-B launched at the same time from JBoss application server. The 2 transactions are propagated to Tuxedo when calling service SVC through JCA. There are several Tuxedo server instances publishing the same SVC service.
- The first transaction TRANS-A is propagated : on Tuxedo side, the service SVC is performed by server SRV-1 using Tuxedo GTRID-1
The transaction will succeed.
- A second transaction matching with the second transaction (on JBoss side reference being TRANS-B) is launched on Tuxedo side. On Tuxedo side, the service SVC is performed by server SRV-2 using Tuxedo GTRID-1
The transaction can't commit.
