When attempting to open a batch in WebVerifier, the image is not displayed and the Verifier Form is never loaded. After about a minute, the batch list is simply shown again and the batch that was attempted to open remains locked. No error message is immediately displayed, but in some environments an error may be displayed after the user logs out or logs closes the browser and logs back in to the Web Verifier. The error returned in that case is:
