Capture Import Processor Email Job Cannot Import or Connect Using EMail SSL Accounts (Doc ID 1632916.1)

Symptoms

Cannot connect to IMAP SSL using the Enterprise Capture email job.  Connecting using openssl works without issue.

Below is the stack trace for ImportProcessor when running that job:

Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target;
