NoSuchMethodError on ShowPopupBehaviorTag.setTriggerType After Imaging Upgrade From 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.8 (Doc ID 1632955.1)

Symptoms

When opening an image in the viewer after upgrading Imaging from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.8, an error pops up with error code ADF_FACES-60097.  In the logs, the corresponding error shows this:
