Symptoms

In 11.1.1.8 Content Server, native documents in site studio websites are not displaying correctly on the secondary template.
The native documents use conversion definitions and although the conversion works fine, the website menus and other formatting do not display.
For a data file, the menus display fine.
If the conversion definition is not used, the website menus, etc are all displayed correctly but the conversion does not take place.
