On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Conversion
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On scheduled reboot of Inbound Refinery the IDC PDF Converter Printer which was installed, configured and working previously disappeared when the system came back up. The printer functioned correctly once it was re-created but needed re-creating every time the system was rebooted.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the IDC PDF Converter printer, once created, remain on the system even on reboot
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create IDC PDF Converter printer per: IDC PDF Converter Printer Fails to Install (Doc ID 447213.1)
2. Use the Content Server and Inbound Refinery to successfully convert documents
3. Restart the Inbound Refinery Server (where the printer is installed)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Inbound Refinery to convert documents immediately after a reboot
