Requests Fail in SOA with ERROR "Unable to dispatch request" to CallbackService with " GenericFault : generic error" (Doc ID 1635556.1)

Your OIM SOA Approval Requests are failing (even after the task is approved) and the SOA diagnostic log contains an error similar to the one below - showing an inconsistent host and port are being used for the CallbackService.


 The issue can occur after changes are made to the host/port for the DiscoveryConfig settings on a single node - or if there have been changes to the host and port for the OIM managed server or the web server or load balancer used in the environment.
