When creating suffix with 'dsconf create-suffix' command by specifying '-P' option,
'err=11' message would be output in access log.
[14/Mar/2014:15:00:26 +0900] conn=11 op=8 msgId=0 - RESULT err=11 tag=120 nentries=0 etime=0, B1 - Client request contains an ASN.1 BER tag that is corrupt or connection aborted -See Directory Server error log for more information.
[14/Mar/2014:15:00:26 +0900] conn=11 op=-1 msgId=-1 - closed.
This is caused due to the fact that ODSEE does not allow startTLS by
default (on Windows only) due to performance on Windows systems when startTLS is used.
The suffix can be create as normal with no error output in error logs.
This message can be ignored as no any impact.
