ODSEE - "err=11" in Access Logs When Running 'dsconf Create-suffix' Command on Windows (Doc ID 1635755.1)

Goal

Problem description:

This happens ONLY on Windows server.

When creating suffix with 'dsconf create-suffix' command by specifying the '-P' option, 'err=11' message is output in access log.

[14/Mar/2014:15:00:26 +0900] conn=nn op=8 msgId=0 - RESULT err=11 tag=120 nentries=0 etime=0, B1 - Client request contains an ASN.1 BER tag that is corrupt or connection aborted -See Directory Server error log for more information.
[14/Mar/2014:15:00:26 +0900] conn=nn op=-1 msgId=-1 - closed.

This is caused due to the fact that ODSEE does not allow startTLS by default (on Windows only) due to performance on Windows systems when startTLS is used.

The suffix can be create as normal with no error output in error logs.
This message can be ignored as not any impact.
