Error ORA-00942 While accessing Session Monitor TAB at SQL Developer (Doc ID 1635841.1)

Symptoms

While accessing "session Monitor" option by Schema User ( say demo1), Could see no details. It shows  "No Text Available" for active sessions in SQL Developer.
Also While navigating other TABSwithin it such as Explain Plan, wait, server, it shows exception as

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
00942. 00000 -  "table or view does not exist"



Changes

 This was working fine with SQL Developer 3.0 version. However when upgraded to version 4.0+ same Schema users for same Database are not able to access "Session Monitor" Information.
