OHS 11.1.2.2 Webgate constant segmentation fault

Customer has installed the latest PS2 version of the OHS Webgate.
OHS server is crashing with a segmentation fault over and over and over again.

No traffic is hitting the OHS server, the logs report the segmentation fault several times a minute rendering the OHS server inoperable.
