EM Agent Fails During Configuration of Forms and Reports 11.1.2.x Using Sri Jayawardenepura (UTC+05:30) Time Zone (Doc ID 1638194.1)

This issue has been reproduced with Forms and Reports and using timezone (UTC+05:30) Sri Jayawardenepura
It is expected to happen on any Fusion Middleware 11g version that does not have updates timezone files.


During the configuration of Forms and Reports 11.1.2.x, “Creating EM Agent” fails.

Upon further review of the log files, the following is found.
<Central Inventory>\logs\install<timestamp>.out
