You have installed Amberpoint BTM Oracle Business Transaction Management monitoring SOA.
Randomly a BPEL Invoke blocks for several minutes before completing.
In Audit trail you can observe a big gap in the timestamp to complete the Invoke operation. For example:
Notice that the delay is not happening in the external service, but during the Invoke activity.
Amberpoint BTM monitoring system is hooked up to SOA.
