Emailing Multiday Event with 'All Day' Flag Set Creates Outlook Event With Incorrect End Date (Doc ID 1639404.1)

Symptoms

Using the default Events calendar task flow, create a new event which covers multiple days.
Select the the 'All Day Event' checkbox. Email this event. Provide a name for the attachment (e.g. MultiAllDayEventtest.ics).
Login to Outlook email and open the event in Outlook Calendar.
You see that the end date is incorrect.
It is a day earlier than it should be.
This problem is not seen if the 'All Day Event' checkbox is not selected.

You can also see that the All Day Event checkbox is not retained.
