Own User Activity On Personal Page In WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 1639990.1)

WebCenter Portal (Spaces) 11.1.1.8 connected to WC Content.
It needed to add specific functionality on Personal Pages.

1. Create automatic personal page when a new user is declared on the portal. For example, the default page will content example texts and links to a tutorial documentation. The user can modify or deleted this default page.
Can we create default page in the standard behaviour ? Or must we realize a specific ADF development ?  

2.Each user need a personal directory to put personal files (similar to 'drop box'). This directory must be stored on WCC.
Can we create automatically default personal directory with the standard behavior ? Or must we realize a specific ADF development ?
