Symptoms

In WebLogic Server 12.1.1, when we are trying to send a very large data packet (2-4 times the "max. message size") over HTTP GET, using a SSL client, we can observe persistent high CPU, leading to system instability and service unavailability. On checking the top output and then validating the same with thread dump we can observe the following thread being the culprit:

We could observe this behavior with other muxer at the same time.
