Symptoms
The Import Server Email Provider will skip over attachments that are embedded within the email. This is usually caused by forwarding an email containing an attachment to the mail account that is being processed by Import Server. The information appears in the Import Server log file as:

03/06/14 15:57:33 1133 Outside In was initialized successfully.
03/06/14 15:57:33 1134 File is being processed with Outside In Technology.
03/06/14 15:57:36 1124 File processing complete. 1 page(s) added to batch
03/06/14 15:57:36 5138 Attachment number [1] appears to be embedded in the message and will be skipped. Filename: [DefaultName.pdf]
03/06/14 15:57:36 1107 Batch TEST0306145744962 created with 1 pages.
03/06/14 15:57:33 1133 Outside In was initialized successfully.
