ODSEE - Operational Status Displays Incorrectly On Suffix And Replication Agreement Tabs Within The DSCC (Doc ID 1640525.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, DSCC

When the DSCC and Directory Server instance are remote from each other, in the DSCC the Operational Status may contain incorrect info on the suffix and replication agreement tabs.


ERROR
-----------------------
In DSCC "Server Stopped" or "Destination Server Stopped" messages could be observed, which are incorrectly reported.  In DS access logs it may also be possible to observe SSL connections but not startTLS.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Log in to DSCC
2. Select Directory Servers tab
3. When selecting Suffixes or Replication Agreement tabs the operational status is displayed as "Server Stopped" or "Destination Server Stopped"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admins cannot use DSCC to manage remote instances.
