Goal

How to move existing 11g Oracle Identity Managers Data from one machine to another within same data center or different data centers ?

It is a common task in product lifecycle management when there is need to move the deployment from one place to another. It can be from one machine to another within the same data center or different data centers.

The requirement is to move the environment first from the current data center to a new data center with minimal downtime.

The first priority is to finalize an approach for this exercise via some prototype.
