現象
Fusion Middleware (FMW) 11.1.1.2.0 環境へ FMW パッチセットを適用中にファイルをコピーする際に、以下のエラーでインストールが失敗します:
Prepare Session failed SEVERE:Values for the following variables could not be obtained from the command line or response file(s): MYORACLESUPPORT_USERNAME(MyOracleSupportUsername) Silent install cannot continue.
インストーラおよび install<timestamp>.out ファイルより同様のメッセージが確認できます。
