Goal

This document is intended to show the steps needed to configure an Oracle API Gateway listener on a port lower than 1024.

Oracle Linux 6 is the oldest version that provides libcap2. 
As result this document can only be used for the OAG 11.1.2.3.0 and more recent versions.
Starting on OAG 11.1.2.3.0 this process is supported on Oracle Linux 6.
For previous versions of OAG, use a different approach.
