Symptoms

I'm trying to connect to remote server via IdcCommand according to the following document:

Oracle Fusion Middleware Administering Oracle WebCenter Content 11g Release 1 (11.1.1)  (Part Number E26692-03)
4.3.4 Using the IdcCommand Utility and Remote Access


However , it fails with the following error (NullPointerException: StatusMessageKey)
