Goal

Errors as below seen in the OAM oam_sever1.out logs at random intervals, there is no loss of functionality or degradation in performance seen.
This is a new build and customer has successfuly configured  the securityStore prior to starting up AdminServer and configureSecurityStore.py validate command is successful.
