Goal

How to configure the WCC server so as not to Text Index certain file types. 

1.  As part of the text index process, WCC uses the Outside In textexport executable to extract the text from a file.  It may fail because it is unable to parse a file, resulting in an indexer error.  If enough of these file types are being checked in, such as through a batch load, this may cause the indexer to abort due to generating too many errors. 

OR 

2.  Customer has file types that they do not want Full Text Indexed.
