Symptoms

When using the 10.1.3.6 SDK on a Citrix XenDesktop, errors occur when calling CreateDocument.

The user account works on other systems and has admin rights to the machine.  Other desktops without the XenDesktop do not have this issue.

Storage Manager Server: General Error in Create Document.
Failure occurred in message class CCreateDocumentQuery.
