Symptoms
When appending to an existing document in Imaging, the following error is returned:
Error 40008: The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch: Commit Profile - OracleIPM_FinLoans: The following error was reported by Release Document. Error Number: 3017 Error Description: Failed to append page into existing document. Exception: javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: java.util.NoSuchElementException.
- New documents can be committed without issue.
- Any append (color to bw, bw to bw, etc) results in the above error.
