Symptoms
On : Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2)
Authorization Denied error upon accessing Public/Unprotected resources on Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2)
Getting the following error message upon accessing the unprotected content on a web app integrated with OAM 11g R2 PS2 (applied Bundle Patch 01 on top of that).
This is a migrated policy from OAM 10g (10.1.4.3) running in production
