After User Login, WebCenter Page Failed with Exception: "HttpSession is invalid"

Symptoms
Intermittently, after user login, the browser display 404 error.
When the problem happens, the log file shows the following Error:
Servlet failed with Exception java.lang.IllegalStateException: HttpSession is invalid
at weblogic.servlet.internal.session.SessionData.check(SessionData.java:479)
at weblogic.servlet.internal.session.SessionData.check(SessionData.java:479)
Refreshing the browser resolves the issue.
