Symptoms

1. In a clustered environment with 2 managed servers; Admin Server and bi_server1 starts up with no issues.
bi_server2 Managed Server is started using the script, but the status is shown as "Shut Down" in the console.
Restarting the services has not helped.

2. Follow messages reported in the bi_server2 (Managed Server) log files:

 

 

Changes

 Issue was reported after installed Oracle Web Tier Utilities in the second Managed Server.
