Not Able To Print JDBC paramaters values In Offline WLST

Symptoms
Whenever running a WLST script created to read the JDBC Datasource parameters in offline mode, it fails with exception.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Set the environment by running setDomainEnv.cmd from $DOMAIN_HOME/bin
- Start WLST b y running wlst.cmd from $WL_HOME/server/bin
- Read domain. For example: readDomain('D:/Oracle/user_projects/domains/Test')
- Navigate to proper tree
- Run cmo.getInitialCapacity()
