Patch 17156649 Doesn't Allow The Anonymous User To Drop The Event In Another Place (Doc ID 1671231.1)

Symptoms

After applying the patch for Bug 17156649, Users cannot lift an event. 

The patch places a condition that will not allow the anonymous user to drop the event in another place than it's original position.

The problem is that on two views (Day and Week) the event that was lifted (using mouse drag) will not return to it's original position after the user let's go of the mouse button (as it happens on the Month view). Instead, the event will disappear completely from the page until the user refreshes the page.
