OHS HTTP Server の起動が "The program can't start because oraiau.dll is missing from your computer" で失敗する (Doc ID 1672061.1)

適用範囲:

現象

バージョン 12.1.2.0.0 以降：

"startcomponent.cmd ohs1" を使用して OHS の起動を試みた場合、"Server start command for OHS server 'ohs1' failed due to: Failed to start the server ohs1". のメッセージが出力され失敗します。スクリプトは次のエラーを出力します：

<DOMAIN_HOME>\bin>startComponent.cmd ohs1
