GlassFish Domain Admin Server Takes Too Long to Startup (Doc ID 1672487.1)

Symptoms

When there are large number of applications deployed on GlassFish Server instances, the Domain Administration Server (DAS) takes too long to start up even though none of the applications are deployed on DAS. When the Admin Server starts up, the log shows it is loading each of the application. This results in a very long startup time for the Admin Server.
