Symptoms

Errors reported in logs after WebLogic crash:

runtime process terminated uncleanly: failed to open record writer: There was a problem connecting to the external data store for export <export name>: Failed to get connection from JNDI data source "ABC": weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool ABC to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.. (Code: 2,507) (Code: 203,049) (Code: 201,057)


...though connections have not exceeded the limit.
