RP/TUX Application Server Process Not Terminated After Tuxedo SVCTIMEOUT Exceeded (Doc ID 1674000.1)

Symptoms

The Tuxedo BBL process fails to start a new application server after a SVCTIMEOUT occurs which cause slow performance of service. Below warning reported in ULOG:

110849.tuxsrvxxx!BBL.23930.1.0: CMDTUX_CAT:1666: WARN: Could not terminate server(21243) processing after SVCTIMEOUT
