Symptoms
When using CORBA with Tuxedo, if many requests are given from client to server for finding the appropriate services, a TMFFNAME FactoryFinder server stops resolving the request from client.
Using the Tuxedo CORBA example for replication, which calls 256 requests of Simple service simultaneously, confirmed that the FactoryFinder stops, and there are 95 requests still in the IPC message queue of FactoryFinder.

After this incident happens, the Tuxedo application cannot even be terminated by "tmshutdown -y".
