Webcenter content server has a set of file formats / extensions that are by default enabled to be sent for conversion to PDF (depending if conversion is configured and set for those formats). How can this be set up for non-default enabled file formats ?
For eg :
Customer has checked in xltm format file and they are not getting converted to PDF. On checking from Configuration Manager , this format is available yet the conversion is not working fine .
