Symptoms

Receiving error when attempting to export and batches are stopping in state 750:

Export failed: \\server\wcishared\ofr\batches\00029510\2003108_1A15EC8FD68A4B54BA3B5FABD3D5A6A5_3_01052014_0___3.tif
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

Also receiving an error when ODBC data Source attempts to update VendorASSA pool:

Updating ADS Pool for class: Invoices, field: VendorASSA - FAILED, [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12541: TNS:no listener , ErrorCode: 0x80004005,
