ClassNotFoundException When Restarting a WLS Managed Server In a Cluster (Doc ID 1675677.1)

Symptoms

An ejb application is deployed into cluster consisting of two 12.1.1 WLS managed servers.
After stopping one of these managed servers, when restarting the stopped  server
it fails with the following ClassNotFoundException exception :
